Airsoft Guns:
Check to ensure you know the warranty period on your purchase. Different manufacturers offer different warranty periods. If the brand of gun is not listed below, please contact us with your warranty concerns before purchase as there may be no manufacturer's warranty.

In the case of a defective airsoft gun that is still under warranty, we will repair the product within 4 weeks of the received date. If a repair is not possible within the time period, we will issue an exchange for an identical product if available or issue store credit.
In the case of a special order, layaway, or deposit, no refunds are provided. If the special order is cancelled, your deposit is applied to your account towards any future purchases.
Other Products:
Exchanges for other defective products may be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Exchange for an identical product will be made or store credit will be applied to the customer account. Proof of purchase or invoice number is required.
LIMITED TIME NOTICE All guns shooting over 430fps are eligible for a FREE downgrade at purchase. Downgrade must be done at purchase or the warranty will be void. If spring is not provided by manufacturer it is the customers responsibility to provide one.
